。Peter is telling his story about a special summer, when he was invited over to summer holiday from bickering parents, to his aunt and uncle in the country. He's been there before, but this summer was quite one to remember.Peter, who was a teenager in the 50s, is reminiscing about the days of his youth, and his awakening sexuality. The film is based on Knut Faldbakken’s novel Knut Faldbakken (born Hamar, 31 August 1941) is a Norwegian novelist. Faldbakken studied psychology at Oslo University, and then worked as a journalist. He visited a number of countries, working variously as a bookkeeper, sailor, and factory worker, and began writing books in 1967 while living in Paris.
